Act as a spokesperson for BIC and represent the organization as needed.Manage, design, and maintain a directory and inventory of marketing and communications materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate.Establishing, coordinating and updating contacts and mailing lists through identifying, assembling, coordinating requirements, developing schedules and assignments.Market research, case studies, consumer trends, and other research as directed.Works with program directors to promote the eight programs at BIC accordingly.Prepares and cultivates a solid PR and marketing activity and outcomes reporting to internal and external teams.Planning, campaigns, analytics, assessments, and process improvement to demonstrate the outcomes of marketing and communications tactics, including content and lead generation.Channel management and content production across internal and external platforms, including newsletter, PR articles, website, social media, email, and others, as developed.Plans, collaborates, coordinates, and implements the organization’s marketing, communications, and PR strategies.Contributes, fosters, and leads the organization’s brand strategy and its execution.Marketing & Communication Manager Duties/Responsibilities BIC also has a satellite location in the City of Fruita that includes a co-working space.īIC is the proud host of eight world class programs – Business Loan Fund, Small Business Development Center (SBDC), Makerspace, F-Works, Mesa County Enterprise Zone, Strategic Planning for Impact Agencies, Commercial Kitchen and Incubator Intensive.
